The Versace mansion on 12th and Ocean has been a Miami icon since it was first erected. Today, it is owned by entrepreneur Peter Loftin; since he's purchased the home he has turned it into a high-end hotel and private members only club. Every Sunday evening the doors open for a "chic" pool party; DJ's from all over the world come to "spin" for the soiree. The house is striking and remains in many ways the same as it was when Gianni resided there. Now Casa Casuarina is open for people to have drinks, lay out, swim in the pool and have dinner. Sunday's are truly eventful and gives you a taste of luxury.
My Thought
The home is truly beautiful and spending the day there is unreal. The music is fantastic and the ambience is great. It is definetly worth a visit.
